I give young people hope and the tools to change things for the better.
I see young people whose lives at home might be challenging and complex. I help them too if they’re going through difficult times at school or college – perhaps with friendships, keeping up with academic work or pressure from exams and future uncertainty.
I help children and teenagers find ways to deal with feeling isolated or being bullied – either at school or online – and with the less positive aspects of social media generally.
I also help deal with gender issues, depression, family separations, domestic abuse, alcoholism and drug addiction (for the individual or amongst the family).
Whatever the issue, if you’re a young person you may have lost your confidence, be feeling anxious or low. Perhaps you’re having panic attacks, self-harming or experiencing signs of OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). Or maybe you’re feeling angry or ashamed.
Feeling like this is totally understandable.
But there is hope and you can change.
